Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the apkf08 website accessible at https://apkf08.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and software.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a player account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover that must be achieved before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required before a Player's first withdrawal.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all Platform transactions are denominated.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is expressly restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which this Agreement takes effect.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must meet all of the following criteria to register and maintain an Account on apkf08:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another individual or entity when using the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of apkf08 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.

2.2 apkf08 primarily serves players resident in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to benefit from Indonesia-specific payment methods, promotions, and customer support services offered on this Platform.

2.3 apkf08 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of eligibility within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension pending review.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To use the Platform, you must register a player Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document).
• Date of birth.
• Valid email address.
• Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Preferred deposit and withdrawal method.

3.2 One Account per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on apkf08. Opening, operating, or maintaining more than one Account — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. In the event of duplicate accounts being identified, apkf08 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the individual and to forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. apkf08 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 You must notify apkf08 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

3.5 apkf08 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such a decision.

4. KYC Verification

4.1 apkf08 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks on all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and at any other time deemed necessary by the Platform's compliance obligations.

4.2 KYC verification typically requires the submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A copy of the bank account passbook, bank card, or e-wallet account screenshot confirming ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds.

4.3 Documents must be submitted in a clear, unaltered format. apkf08 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the documents provided are insufficient to complete verification to the required standard.

4.4 Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is successfully completed. apkf08 will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals that is attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation provided by the Player.

4.5 All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, stored with 256-bit encryption, and never shared with unauthorized third parties.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

apkf08 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Indonesian players:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• International Cards: Visa and Mastercard (subject to issuer approval).

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. apkf08 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. All deposits must originate from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the originating source.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Standard processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically within 1–3 hours of approval.
• Local Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, etc.): Typically within 1–24 hours of approval, subject to bank processing schedules.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. apkf08 reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on apkf08 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). apkf08 does not apply currency conversion fees for IDR transactions. If a Player's bank account is denominated in a foreign currency, any applicable conversion fees are the sole responsibility of the Player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 apkf08 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

6.2 All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant promotion, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.3 General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, standard Wagering Requirements are 10x the bonus amount for sports betting bonuses and 25x the bonus amount for casino and slot gacor (high-payout slots) bonuses.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds that have not met the Wagering Requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited.
• Minimum odds of 1.50 apply to sports bets placed towards meeting a sports bonus Wagering Requirement, unless stated otherwise.
• apkf08 reserves the right to exclude specific games or markets from contributing to Wagering Requirements. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets may contribute at a reduced rate — the applicable rate will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

6.4 apkf08 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting a Wagering Requirement, or any other conduct that apkf08 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

6.5 apkf08 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 All bets placed on apkf08 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are available within the Platform interface and are updated periodically.

7.2 Sports Betting: Bets on football matches — including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, and the AFF Cup (Piala AFF) — are governed by the rules published in the sportsbook section. Asian handicap (voor bola) and mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to additional rules regarding void legs and minimum selection requirements, which are detailed within the bet builder interface.

7.3 Live In-Play Betting: Once a live in-play bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended. apkf08 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time, including in response to significant on-field events, network issues, or data feed interruptions.

7.4 Casino & Slot Games: All casino and slot gacor game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game results are final once the round is complete. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and the bet amount returned to the Player's Account.

7.5 Togel Markets: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted by the relevant independent draw authority. apkf08 accepts no responsibility for errors or delays in draw results reported by the draw authority. Published draw results are final.

7.6 Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed within the Platform interface and may be adjusted by apkf08 at any time. Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per game type also apply and are published in the relevant section of the Platform.

7.7 apkf08 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as a result of a pricing error, data feed error, or any other technical malfunction. Players will be notified of voided bets and their stake will be returned in full.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on apkf08 and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit pricing discrepancies between apkf08 and other operators for guaranteed profit, where the primary intent is exploitation rather than entertainment.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of bets or games.
• Using insider information — including but not limited to advance knowledge of match results, player injuries, or referee decisions — to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to circumvent or exploit any technical vulnerability, software bug, or error in the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during the registration or KYC process.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.

8.2 In the event that apkf08 determines, in its reasonable opinion, that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, apkf08 reserves the right to: suspend or permanently close the Account; withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation; forfeit all Account balances, including real-money and bonus funds; and report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the apkf08 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations — is the property of apkf08 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 apkf08 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to full compliance with this Agreement.

9.3 You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without express written permission from apkf08. Unauthorized use of apkf08's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Privacy & Data

10.1 apkf08 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement purposes.

10.3 apkf08 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party service providers — such as payment processors, game studios, and KYC verification services — is shared solely to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's services and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 apkf08 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable from the Account dashboard.
• Session Time Alerts: Notifications prompting Players who have been active for an extended period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Optional session summaries showing net profit/loss for the current session.

11.3 apkf08 reserves the right to impose mandatory cooling-off periods, deposit limits, or account closures on Players who display patterns of behavior consistent with problem gambling, acting in the interest of Player welfare.

12. Limitations of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apkf08 shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service offered thereon.
• Any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements.
• Any loss of profits, winnings, or opportunities resulting from technical faults, data feed errors, or pricing errors that are subject to void provisions under Clause 7.7.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision made by apkf08 in the good-faith exercise of its rights under this Agreement.

12.2 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit apkf08's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by apkf08's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. apkf08 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its content.

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting apkf08 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, apkf08 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of real-money Balance to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC checks. Bonus funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by apkf08: apkf08 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require the termination of the Account.
• In the interest of responsible gaming, where apkf08 reasonably believes that continued access to the Platform poses a risk to the Player's welfare.

13.3 Upon termination for cause (i.e., due to a breach of this Agreement or prohibited conduct), apkf08 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, subject to applicable legal requirements.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 apkf08 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, apkf08 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 13.1.

14.3 The current version of the Terms & Conditions, including its Effective Date, is always accessible at https://apkf08.cam/terms-conditions.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apkf08 holds its international gaming license. The specific jurisdiction is disclosed to Players upon request by contacting [email protected].

15.2 Indonesian Players — Important Notice: Online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. Indonesian players access apkf08 on an offshore basis. By registering an Account, you represent that you have independently assessed your obligations under Indonesian law and accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

15.3 In the event of a dispute between you and apkf08, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. apkf08 will endeavor to resolve all disputes amicably and in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

15.4 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
